Unit Economics: Enhance Your Financial Model for Growth

Has someone asked you about your LTV:CAC ratio and you weren't sure what to say?  Wondering whether something belongs in your COGS (cost of goods sold) or in your operations budget?  Are you looking to build a financial model that clarifies where the "use of funds" will impact your growth and profitability?  Unit economics can help you answer these questions.

In this virtual lunch & learn, UAlbany Innovation Center EIR Frank LeCates will provide an overview of unit economics using his early SaaS business as an example, and your questions as discussion points.

This session will help you to:

2) explain the core unit economics equations

3) estimate your CAC before you have real sales data

4) consider some common pitfalls
